Marshmallow

To make our Marshmallow chocolate we add marshmallows to the chocolate when the chocolate is completely cooled but still liquid. This prevents the chocolate from being over sticky and unspreadable. This happens when the marshmallows get too hot in the chocolate. The marshmallow chocolate is delightfully sticky.
